Managing your stress:
With heavy schoolwork,CCA's as well as classes to attend, examinations can be seem very stressful and scary.Here are some useful tips to beat the stress when preparing for exams!
Plan Your Time :
Draw up a plan and stick to it. Having a plan will help you finish your revision in time, and you will not feel so stressed
Ask for Help :
Ask your teacher if you dont understand a topic during revision. If you are feeling down, do talk to your parents,friends or teachers.You're not alone,so don't feel you have to be.
Exercise :
Exercise is a great way to give yourself a break, and you will find that you feel better after that,too.
Test Yourself
Test yourself or get someone to test you on your notes.Ask your sibling or friend to test you,or you can ask your parents to do so too.Testing yourself helps you to remember better, making the actual exam a lot less stressful.
Quitters never win:
Dont be a quitter.Fight until you succeed. Go for an extra minute,extra hour,extra day.These extras will make you the winner.It will make you an extra ordinary person.
Hands on is better then seeing:
When you do yourself you will be learning more and understnd better rather than seeing some one who do.When you do something by yourself you are applying all your five senses and you tend to remember for long time.
